Brutus Blackwell was on top of the world. He had successfully defended his NXT Championship several times, proving that he was not just a one-hit wonder. But he knew that his reign couldn't last forever, and that there would always be challengers waiting in the wings.

At NXT Deadline, Brutus was set to face Apollo Crews in what was sure to be a fierce battle. The two had faced off before, and Apollo had come close to defeating Brutus. But Brutus was confident in his abilities, and he was determined to keep his championship.

The match started off evenly matched, with both men trading blows and trying to gain the upper hand. Apollo was a skilled athlete, and he was able to keep up with Brutus despite his size disadvantage.

But as the match wore on, Brutus began to take control. He used his power to toss Apollo around the ring, slamming him into the mat with bone-jarring force. Apollo fought back with all his might, but he couldn't seem to keep Brutus down.

Just when it seemed like Brutus had the match in the bag, the lights in the arena went out. When they came back on, three figures had appeared at ringside: Damian Priest, Finn Balor, and Dominik Mysterio.

The crowd erupted into boos as the trio, known as The Judgement Day, made their way to the ring. Brutus and Apollo looked confused as to why they were there, but their confusion turned to horror as The Judgement Day entered the ring and attacked them both.

The referee called for the bell, declaring the match a no contest. But Brutus didn't care about the match anymore. He was in a fight for his life as The Judgement Day pummeled him with fists and steel chairs.

In the chaos, Apollo managed to escape the ring and retreat to the back, leaving Brutus to fend for himself. The Judgement Day continued their assault, hitting Brutus with everything they had.

As Brutus lay battered and broken in the ring, The Judgement Day stood tall, holding the NXT Championship belt over his prone body. Brutus had lost his championship, but he knew that this was far from over. He would get his revenge on The Judgement Day.
